Position Details
- Position: Compliance Administrator X1
- Contract: 6 Months
- Salary: R12,952.59 TCTC Per Month
- Location: Head Office, Midrand

Purpose of the Position
The primary objective of the Compliance Administrator role is to process data received from sheriffs and/or third parties to ensure compliance with legal obligations.
Key Performance Areas
- Data Processing: Manage and process data received from various sources.
- Equipment Operation: Efficiently operate equipment essential for data processing.
- Administrative Tasks: Perform administrative duties, focusing on legal obligations.
- Legal Submissions: Process, assess, and review submissions related to legal requirements.
- Stakeholder Communication: Effectively liaise with sheriffs, internal/external stakeholders, and third parties.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities
- Communication Skills: Strong written communication, including excellent spelling and grammar.
- Typing and Proofreading: Proficient typing with attention to detail and accuracy in proofreading.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze data and resolve issues efficiently.
- Decision-Making: Competent in making informed and timely decisions.
- Verbal and Listening Skills: Effective verbal communication paired with active listening skills.
- Stress and Time Management: Ability to manage stress while juggling multiple projects and meeting deadlines.
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- Grade 12
- At least 1 year of relevant work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
Recommended Qualifications:
- A 3-year Degree/Diploma in office/business management, administration, or a related field is advantageous.
