South African National Parks (SANParks) is inviting unemployed youth to apply for the Internship Programme for the 2024/2025 period. This six-month internship offers valuable work experience in the Garden Route Region.
Position Overview
- Position: Internship Programme – Garden Route Region
- Stipend: R6,030.70 per month
- Duration: 6 Months Contract
- Location: Garden Route National Park, Tsitsikamma Section
The Tsitsikamma Section of the Garden Route is offering this exciting internship opportunity for qualified individuals.
Eligibility Criteria
Applications are invited from candidates in the following field of study:
- 1 x Technical Civil Engineering/Building Intern
Accommodation is available within the Park.
Requirements
- Qualification: Must be a qualified and unemployed South African youth with an NQF Level 6 (National Diploma) qualification in the specified field of study.
- Internship Experience: Candidates should not have attended any internship programme before.
- Driver’s License: Having a Driver’s License is an added advantage.
Important Information
- Internship Duration: The internship will run from October 2024 to March 30, 2025, with a monthly stipend of R6,030.70 (pro-rata if starting mid-month).
- Field-Specific Applications: Only applicants with relevant qualifications in the specified field of study will be considered.
