Role Description
Bakubung Platinum Mine (BPM) is offering a unique development opportunity for promising young matriculants in need of financial support to pursue their studies at a tertiary institution in South Africa. This opportunity is aimed at individuals who are committed, passionate, and goal-driven, with the potential to become part of BPM’s talent pool.

Minimum Requirements
- Grade 12 Matric Certificate (Mid-year results will be provisionally considered if currently studying)
- English: Level 5 (60% or above)
- Mathematics: Level 5 (60% or above)
- Physical Science: Level 5 (60% or above)
Other Requirements
- Intend to study full-time at a South African university
- Must be a South African citizen
- Must be between 18 – 24 years old
- Have obtained a university acceptance letter
- Must have no criminal record
- Be able to obtain a medical fitness certificate

Additional Information
- Preference will be given to applicants residing within a 50 km radius of Bakubung Platinum Mine
- This is a bursary programme, and the company is not obliged to offer permanent employment upon completion of studies
