Bidvest International Logistics is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the Youth Employment Services (YES) Programme, a 12-month opportunity that offers valuable work experience and skill development in the logistics industry.
Job Purpose
In partnership with the South African government, Bidvest International Logistics is offering the YES Programme to address youth unemployment. This initiative provides participants with new skills, practical experience, and an in-depth understanding of the logistics industry. For eligible unemployed individuals, this programme offers a solid foundation for a successful career.

Qualifications & Experience Required
- Senior Certificate (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification
- Must be a South African citizen
- Age: Between 18 and 34 years
- Must meet the Employment Equity (EE) requirements of the programme
- Must be available and committed to full-time work for 12 months
- Must have a strong interest in the transport and logistics industry
- Must be unemployed and not enrolled in any academic studies for 2025
- Must not have participated in the YES Programme with any other company
Key Responsibilities
Participants in the 12-month YES Programme will complete 25 modules, covering both theoretical knowledge and practical components. All modules will be completed on the YES platform, and participants are required to submit a portfolio of evidence upon completion of the programme, demonstrating their progress and development.
