Programme Overview:
The Emerging Leaders Graduate Programme is designed for early-career graduates, offering them the opportunity to start their professional journey within Colgate-Palmolive’s commercial functions, including:
- Customer Development
- Customer Service & Logistics
- Marketing
Successful candidates will gain hands-on experience through job rotations and project assignments. Upon successful completion of the 24-month programme, graduates may be considered for permanent positions, based on performance and business needs.
Responsibilities:
As part of the commercial team, you will:
- Contribute to building stronger consumer engagement.
- Drive growth for Colgate-Palmolive’s brands.
- Enhance category development for mutual growth between the company and its customers.
Qualifications, Experience, and Skills Required:
- Minimum Qualification: B.Com Degree (Honors preferred) in:
- Strategic Marketing
- Management
- Business Management or related fields.
- Digital/Analytics skills are an advantage.
- Experience: 0-2 years of work experience.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent attention to detail with a numerate mindset.
- Results-driven with strong leadership abilities.
- Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
- Strong skills in implementation, team-building, collaboration, and project management.
- Ability to perform well under time pressure.
