Department of Correctional Services: Administration Clerk – NCCS
The Department of Correctional Services is inviting interested and qualified candidates to apply for the Administration Clerk position within the National Council for Correctional Services (NCCS), based in Pretoria, Gauteng.
Position Details:

Requirements:
- Minimum qualification of Grade 12.
- Previous experience in a parole profile environment is advantageous.
- Computer literacy is essential.

Duties and Responsibilities:
- Filing and safekeeping of inmate profiles.
- Managing the transfer of inmate profiles between the NCCS Secretariat, Directorate: Pre-Release Resettlement, and the Ministry.
- Preparation and management of NCCS meetings.
- Coordination and management of meetings for the Correctional Supervision and Parole Review Board.
- Drafting of NCCS recommendations.
- Handling enquiries and representations related to inmate profiles.
- Managing applications for the revocation and reinstatement of parole.
