Main Purpose of Job

  • Deliver outstanding service to clients via phone, email, or in person.
  • Provide effective support to both internal and external clients.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of customer service principles and administrative procedures.
  • Advantageous: Familiarity with the security industry.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Process cancellations and handle related inquiries from clients.
  • Investigate and resolve client complaints or queries.
  • Provide feedback to clients and update relevant regions.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
  • Communicate and coordinate effectively with regional teams.
  • Record cancellations, complaints, and save offers.
  • Analyze data and statistics as required by management.
