Main Purpose of Job
- Deliver outstanding service to clients via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide effective support to both internal and external clients.
Qualifications & Experience
- Essential: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Knowledge: Understanding of customer service principles and administrative procedures.
- Advantageous: Familiarity with the security industry.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Process cancellations and handle related inquiries from clients.
- Investigate and resolve client complaints or queries.
- Provide feedback to clients and update relevant regions.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions.
- Communicate and coordinate effectively with regional teams.
- Record cancellations, complaints, and save offers.
- Analyze data and statistics as required by management.
