• P1/P2 Experiential Learning: Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Metallurgy.

Joel Operation

• Internships: Mining Engineering, Mine Survey, Mine Planning, Human Resources, Finance.

Kalgold Operation

• Internships: Analytical Chemistry, Geology.

Kusasalethu Operation

• Internships: Mining Engineering, Rock Engineering, Geology, Metallurgy.

Masimong Operation

Eligibility Criteria

• South African citizenship is required.
• Applicants must reside in one of the following districts:
  • Free State: Lejweleputswa, Matjhabeng, Masilonyana.
  • North West: Dr. Kenneth Kaunda, Ratlou, Moqhaka.
  • Gauteng: City of Johannesburg, Merafong City, West Rand.
• Internship applicants must have completed their qualification in the relevant field and not have previously benefited from a similar programme.
• P1/P2 applicants must provide a recent letter from their institution indicating the need for practical exposure.
• Successful applicants will undergo a medical examination and security screening.

Required Documents

• Certified copy of a valid South African ID.
• Certified copies of qualifications relevant to the field of application.
• A brief CV.
• Proof of residence (e.g., water and lights bill or a signed affidavit).
• Children of Harmony employees must provide proof of their parent’s employment (e.g., a copy of the clock card showing the industry number).
