- Electrical Engineering
- Mechanical Engineering
- Mechatronics Engineering
Criteria for Applicants
To be eligible for the Internship Programme, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Hold a National Diploma or Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Must be a South African Citizen from Idwala’s host community.
- Preference will be given to applicants from designated groups in line with the company’s Employment Equity policies.
- Must be computer literate (proficient in MS Projects, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint).
- Ability to work in a fast-paced mining environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Possess strong interpersonal skills.
- Willingness to perform standby duties and work extended hours when required.
- Be eager to excel in their specialised discipline of study.
