The selected candidate will be required to sign a performance agreement upon appointment.

Key Requirements

  • Educational Qualification: A Matric certificate or equivalent is mandatory.
  • Experience: Previous experience in general administration or court-related functions, particularly in court recordings or case flow management, is beneficial.
  • Driver’s License: A valid driver’s license is required.

Job Responsibilities

  • Court Recordings: Test and operate court recording equipment, ensuring its safekeeping and maintenance.
  • Record Proceedings: Accurately record court proceedings.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative and case flow management support to the court as directed by the Judiciary, Chief Registrar, Court Manager, and/or Supervisor.
