Requirements:
- PSIRA Grade C Certification
- Minimum of Grade 10 education
- Exceptional communication skills (both verbal and written in English)
- Willingness to work shifts
- Familiarity with the Mine Health and Safety Act
- Must reside in Steelpoort or be willing to relocate
- Medically fit for work
- First Aid certification (advantageous)
Key Performance Indicators:
- Ability to manage all aspects of mining security operations
- Physical security deployment and coordination
- Compliance with the Mine Health and Safety Act
Additional Requirements:
Candidates must be willing to undergo the following checks and tests:
- Integrity test (via polygraph with specific questions)
- Credit background check
- Criminal background check
- Principal check (involvement in any other business or company)
- Illegal substance test
- Previous employment background check
