Job Purpose
As a Festive Shop Assistant, your main responsibility will be to deliver exceptional customer service. You will help customers find the products they need and ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide friendly, visible, and professional customer service.
- Answer basic product-related queries from customers.
- Assist or guide customers to the products they are seeking.
- Perform merchandising duties according to store and visual merchandise standards.
- Restock shelves efficiently and maintain a clean, organized store.
- Wrap and bag items purchased by customers.
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and special offers.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 Certificate.
- Experience: Previous experience in a sales or customer service environment is desirable but not mandatory.
