Job Description:
Role Purpose:
As a Logistics Graduate, you will work closely with the Team Lead for all KZN stores, Nexio engineers, and the central warehouse. You will also collaborate with Project Managers to ensure stock availability as required.
Role Requirements:
- Execute all logistics functions for KZN stores.
- Serve as the single point of contact for Vodacom and Nexio regarding KZN stock.
- Directly impact business performance and Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
- Maintain effective communication.
- Be self-motivated.
- Handle receiving and dispatching of all equipment for staff/engineers.
- Verify received stock and report any discrepancies.
- Conduct weekly and month-end stock takes.
- Capture all stock received onto the database.
- Maintain buffer stock levels to ensure sufficient stock is always available.
- File and document all dispatched goods.
- Ship decommissioned goods back to Nexio/Vodacom.
- Manage stakeholder relationships (internal and external) with Nexio and Vodacom, ensuring excellent customer service.
- Uphold Nexio’s brand by maintaining a neat stockroom and adhering to Health and Safety policies.
- Manage communications and facilities.

- Stock Control Work Experience (Advantageous).

- Excellent MS Excel skills (Essential).
- Availability to work flexible hours when required.
