Purpose
This Graduate Development Programme is aimed at supporting unemployed South African graduates as they transition into the workforce. Over two years, successful candidates will receive both structured training and practical experience, building a solid foundation for their future careers.
Graduates selected for the programme will receive a monthly stipend of R8,000.00 throughout its duration.
Minimum Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor of Commerce (Informatics)
- BCom Informatics Information Systems
- BTech Financial Information Systems (NQF Level 7)
Experience:
- Must not have previously participated in a learnership or internship.
- Less than one year of experience in the field.
Duties and Responsibilities
Throughout the programme, graduates will gain exposure to formal training and hands-on work experiences, allowing them to develop key skills and knowledge required for their professional growth.
