Sasol invites qualified individuals to apply for the 2024 Learnership Programme in Fire Fighting. This programme provides hands-on training combined with structured learning to equip participants with essential skills and experience.

Minimum Requirements
Candidates must have:
- A National Senior Certificate or equivalent with passes in:
- Technical Mathematics or Mathematics
- English or Business English
- Technical or Physical Science (preferred)
- A valid Code B driver’s license
- The ability to pass a stress and fear assessment, including tests for heights, confined spaces, and fire exposure
- Successful completion of a firefighter fitness assessment
Core Responsibilities
As a participant, you will:
- Fully engage in the learnership programme and complete all required assessments
- Participate in workplace readiness activities and exercises
