Programme Purpose
This learnership programme provides comprehensive training across various aspects of the manufacturing process. Participants will gain skills in:
- Working in a team
- Safety with hand tools
- Assembly and manufacturing
- Drawing and marking off
- Welding
- Operating and monitoring production machines
- Surface preparation
- Firefighting
- Operations and dispatching of products
Qualifications and Experience
Candidates must meet the following criteria to be considered for this programme:
- National Technical Certificate (N3 – N6)
- Matric/Technical Matric with relevant subjects, including:
- Mathematics & Physical Science or Engineering Science
- Electrical Trade Theory or Mechanical Trade Theory
- Motor Trade Theory
- Mechanical Drawing or Graphical Design

Participants will receive an NQF Level 3 certification upon successful completion of the learnership programme.
