Visa is offering an exceptional opportunity for unemployed South African youth to participate in a 12-month Learnership Programme focused on Business Administration Services. This program is designed to provide valuable skills and experience, equipping participants with a nationally recognized NQF Level 4 qualification in Business Administration.
Position Overview: Learnership – Business Administration Services
Visa is looking for 6 learners to join this 12-month program, where participants will develop essential business acumen and gain a comprehensive introduction to the payments industry. The goal of this learnership is to build foundational skills that will support future career growth in various business-related fields.
Throughout the program, learners will receive both theoretical training and hands-on experience, enabling them to acquire core competencies that are transferable to future roles.
Qualifications and Eligibility Criteria
To qualify for this valuable learnership opportunity, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Matric/National Certificate with a Bachelor’s Pass
- Passed Mathematics, Mathematics Literacy, or Accounting
- Proficiency in English (reading, writing, and speaking)
- Computer literacy and a strong academic record are beneficial
- South African Citizen between the ages of 18 and 25
- Must not be currently employed or participating in another learnership
- Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment
- Strong team player with effective communication skills
