Job Purpose
To achieve daily production targets while ensuring compliance with SAHPRA, PIC/S regulations, and health and safety standards.
Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Matric)
- Experience: At least 1 year in a pharmaceutical environment (advantageous)
- Qualifications: Relevant technical qualifications are advantageous
Key Responsibilities
- Execute tasks accurately the first time to minimize waste and inefficiencies.
- Perform duties in line with agreed service level standards.
- Clean and maintain machinery and work areas effectively.
- Adhere to Pharmaceutical Quality Systems (PQS) and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Verify batch status to ensure correct materials and instructions are used during the packing process.
- Promptly report any deviations to supervisors.
- Pack products accurately according to the production plan.
- Identify personal development areas and actively seek growth opportunities.
Core Competencies
- In-depth knowledge of products, SOPs, and processes.
- Familiarity with GMP standards.
- Strong attention to detail and packing skills.
- Effective time management and a strong work ethic.
- Proficiency in completing logbooks and cleaning machinery.
- Ability to work shifts as required.
