Hyundai Automotive South Africa is excited to offer an opportunity for unemployed youth to join the Sales Learnership Programme 2024 as Sales Trainees. This program, led by the Hyundai Sales Academy, is designed for 50 enthusiastic, high-energy individuals with a passion for sales and a desire to build a rewarding career in the automotive industry.
The Hyundai Sales Academy provides a groundbreaking training experience that includes mentorship, coaching, and hands-on learning in a structured, fixed-term program. Successful candidates will receive comprehensive training, preparing them to excel as part of Hyundai’s high-performing sales team.

Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Minimum Grade 12
- Driver’s License: Required, with driving experience
- Higher Education: Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (advantageous)
- Sales Experience: Beneficial but not required
- Interest in the Automotive Industry: Essential
