Job Description
Hyundai Automotive South Africa is offering an exciting opportunity for 100 energetic and passionate individuals to join our Learnership Programme as Sales Trainees. This program, part of the Hyundai Sales Academy, provides hands-on experience in the automotive industry, focusing on coaching, mentorship, and workplace skills development.
This fixed-term program aims to prepare Sales Trainees to become high-performing sales executives, equipping them with essential skills and knowledge for a successful career in automotive sales.
Position Overview
In partnership with Motus Corporation, Hyundai Automotive South Africa is a reputable company in the automotive industry, with over 110 dealerships across Southern Africa, including Namibia and Botswana. Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum Education: Grade 12
- Driver’s License and Driving Experience: Required
- Preferred Education: Degree/Diploma in a relevant field (Advantageous)
- Sales Experience: Beneficial
- Industry Interest: Strong enthusiasm for the automotive industry
