About the RMA Learnership Programme
Rand Mutual Assurance (RMA) is inviting unemployed South African youth to apply for the 2025/2026 Learnership Programme. This comprehensive 12-month programme integrates theoretical instruction with practical, on-the-job training, leading to an occupational qualification registered on the National Qualifications Framework (NQF).
