Program Overview:
SA Home Loans is offering a Learnership Programme for 2025. This opportunity provides unemployed individuals with practical work experience and a recognized NQF SETA qualification. The program supports the development of promising candidates, allowing them to contribute to our team and gain valuable insights into the home loans industry.
Minimum Requirements:
- Race Group: African, Indian, or Coloured
- Education: Minimum qualification of Matric
- Location: Must reside in or around Durban
- Employment Status: Currently unemployed
Program Details:
Selected learners will participate in hands-on work at our Durban Westville branch. Responsibilities will include assisting clients and guiding them in their journey to home ownership through telephonic and field engagements. Learners will develop skills in communication, customer service, and gain a foundational understanding of the home loans process.
Key Skills and Attributes:
- Confidence and strong communication skills
- Eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Advantageous: Previous experience in a call center and proficiency in languages such as isiZulu, English, Afrikaans, seSotho, tshiVenda, or Xitsonga
