Job Description

You will participate in the Youth Development & Employment programme, gaining exposure in the following areas:
- Talent Acquisition (TA) Operational Excellence:
- Ensure smooth hiring processes and surpass stakeholder expectations.
- Risk and Governance:
- Adhere to risk mitigation frameworks and governance standards.
- Stakeholder Management:
- Collaborate with recruiting managers, Human Capital Business Partners (HCBPs), and youth/graduate programmes.
- Technology and Data Insights:
- Utilize digital tools to enhance productivity and maintain data integrity and quality.
- Collaboration:
- Manage internal and external dependencies, including partnerships with outsourcing providers.
Qualifications
To qualify for this internship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- Be a South African citizen.
- Be aged 18-30 years.
- Fluent in English (speaking, reading, and writing).
- Hold an Undergraduate Degree in Social Sciences.
- Be computer literate.
- Not be permanently employed.
- Have a maximum of 2 years’ work experience.
- Not be registered in any other learnership programme.
