Role Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Office Administration
- Assist with general office duties as directed by the supervisor and Head of Department (HOD).
- Manage filing systems and handle document organization.
- Student Support
- Handle student inquiries and provide general information to ensure positive engagement.
- Take initiative to identify and complete tasks that enhance office efficiency.
- Communication and Data Entry
- Answer and screen incoming calls professionally.
- Perform data entry and typing tasks accurately and efficiently.
- General Office Support
- Assist with office orders and maintain inventory.
- Support with essential daily administrative tasks.
Minimum Requirements
- Qualifications
- National Diploma in Office Management and Technology, or an equivalent qualification.
- Experience
- Previous experience in an administrative role.
