  1. Administrative Officer: Accounts Services

    Job Purpose: The main responsibility of this role is to provide vital financial administrative support within the department.
    Key Requirements:
    • A Grade 12 qualification, with a pass in Accountancy
    • 6–12 months of accounting or finance experience (this is advantageous but not a strict requirement)
    • A valid Code B driving licence (advantageous)
    • Proficiency in computer skills is required, as candidates will need to use various software programs to perform daily tasks.
  2. Administrative Officer: Procurement Administration
    Reference Number: EMSS154-2024
    Job Purpose: In this role, you will provide administrative support to the procurement processes, ensuring that all procurement procedures are followed accurately and efficiently. You will work alongside other team members to support the financial side of the procurement operations.
    Key Requirements:
    • Grade 12 with a pass in Accountancy

    Job Purpose: This role focuses on providing administrative support for occupational health and safety audits. You will assist with preparing audit documents, reporting findings, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
    Key Requirements:
    • Grade 12 qualification
    • 6–12 months of OHS-related experience (this is advantageous)
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required.

Job Level and Remuneration

All these positions fall under Job Level T7, offering a competitive salary that ranges from R239,052 to R332,016 per annum. The total estimated package, including benefits, can range from R336,203 to R454,528 per annum depending on experience and qualifications.
