Learnership Programme Details
ArcelorMittal South Africa offers a unique training opportunity for individuals passionate about steel manufacturing and engineering. Successful candidates will be trained as Process Operators, focusing on steel manufacturing processes.
Programme Highlights
- Training Approach: Outcome-based, combining institutional learning and on-the-job training.
- Evaluation: Ongoing assessments and progress tracking.
- Location: Vanderbijlpark Operations.
- Contract: Fixed-term training agreement.

Eligibility Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 Certificate with English and Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy.
- Physical Science is an added advantage.
Skills and Attributes:
- Team player with the ability to work independently when needed.
- Self-motivated and driven.
- Agile thinker with strong problem-solving abilities.
- Attention to detail and an aptitude for engineering.
