1. Senior Admin Clerks: Traditional Leadership Institutional Support Coordination (6 Posts)

Salary: Based on level 5
Requirements:
- National Senior Certificate.
- Valid Code 8 Driver’s License.
- Preference given to candidates residing within the jurisdiction of the Traditional Councils.
Competencies:
- Communication and report-writing skills.
- Understanding of Traditional Leadership Institutions.
- Client orientation, facilitation, and coordination skills.
Key Duties:
- Coordinate meetings between Traditional Councils and stakeholders.
- Provide secretarial support during meetings.
- Promote collaborative governance with municipalities and other stakeholders.
- Facilitate Traditional Councils’ participation in community development plans.
- Manage finances, records, and compliance of Traditional Councils.

2. Driver: Provincial House Administration

Centre: Head Office, Bhisho
Requirements:
- Grade 10 (Standard 8) Certificate.
- Valid Code B Driver’s License.
- Good interpersonal and basic communication skills.
Competencies:
- Knowledge of transport regulations.
- Client orientation and interpersonal skills.
Key Duties:
- Deliver documents and transport officials as required.
- Conduct vehicle inspections and maintain a logbook.
- Report incidents and accidents promptly.

3. Driver: Traditional Leadership Institutional Support Coordination

Salary: R155,148 – R182,757 per annum (Level 3)
Centre: Amampondomise Kingship, Qumbu
Requirements:
- ABET/Grade 8 or equivalent qualification.
- Code 08 Driver’s License (PDP is an advantage).
Key Duties:
- Provide driving services for the King of Nyandeni.
- Maintain vehicle safety and submit logbooks.
- Deliver official correspondence.

Requirements:
- ABET Level 4 or NQF Level 1–3 with no experience.
Key Duties:
- Sort, arrange, and deliver correspondence.
- Maintain a delivery logbook.
- Perform office assistant tasks such as photocopying and shredding.

Requirements:
- ABET Level 4 or NQF Level 1–3 with no experience.
Key Duties:
- Clean grounds and remove refuse.
- Assist with loading and unloading goods.
- Move office equipment as needed.
