The Team Leader will oversee branch operations to achieve business objectives in alignment with the Region and Retail Operations Strategy.

Minimum Requirements
- 12 months’ experience in Retail, Gaming, or Betting.
Bonus Qualifications:
- 1-2 years’ leadership experience.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Diploma/Degree or NQF 4 Learnership certificate.
Key Responsibilities
Branch Growth
- Drive achievement of branch targets within budgets.
- Educate guests about branch products and ensure betting boards are updated.
- Ensure compliance with betting rules, odds, and payouts.
Cash Administration
- Manage branch cash processes to minimize risks and fraud.
- Adhere to FICA compliance and daily banking schedules.
- Reconcile end-of-shift balances.
Branch Reporting and Stock Management
- Provide daily operational newsflashes.
- Manage branch stock levels and perform weekly stock audits.
Security Management
- Follow security measures during branch opening, closing, and banking.
- Regularly monitor the functionality of cameras and panic buttons.
Branch Appearance and Compliance
- Maintain branch cleanliness and functionality.
- Ensure compliance with Gambling Board and internal control policies.
Guest Service
- Foster a guest-centric culture by providing exceptional service.
- Address guest complaints promptly and build relationships with regular visitors.
People Management
- Manage team schedules to meet operational requirements.
- Oversee team attendance, recruitment documentation, and onboarding processes.
