Job Summary
As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to your assigned department. This includes ensuring compliance with organizational policies, maintaining documentation, coordinating office activities, and contributing to the overall efficiency of department operations.

- Legal Admin: 7 positions
- Medical Management: 2 positions
Key Responsibilities
1. Compliance Administration
- Maintain accurate documentation of departmental activities.
- Ensure adherence to organizational policies and process standards.
- Stay updated on internal control measures and business goals.
2. Office Collaboration
- Handle correspondence, filing, and telephonic queries.
- Maintain confidentiality in all office matters.
- Follow up on outstanding tasks and ensure timely resolution.
- Manage office stationery and supplies efficiently.
- Validate and verify submitted documents for accuracy and completeness.
3. Meeting Support
- Arrange and coordinate meetings.
- Record and distribute minutes following governance standards.
- Track and follow up on meeting resolutions and outstanding matters.
- Manage team schedules and appointments.
4. Document and Records Management
- Oversee record management and filing processes as per RAF guidelines.
- Ensure documents are securely stored and easily retrievable.
- Maintain confidentiality and distribute documentation appropriately.
Qualifications and Experience
- Education: Matric/Grade 12 certificate.
- Experience: Minimum 1 year in an administrative or similar environment.
Skills and Competencies
Technical Skills
- Knowledge of basic Supply Chain Management (SCM) processes.
- Basic financial understanding.
