Clover South Africa invites unemployed youth to apply for the Call Centre Learnership Programme 2025. This programme offers a valuable opportunity to gain practical experience in a world-class Call Centre environment while achieving an NQF qualification.

Key Details

  • Number of Positions: 20
  • Duration: Full-time attendance at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park, including prescribed classroom sessions.

Minimum Requirements

Education:

  • Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification
  • Matric completed between 2020 and 2024
  • Average of 60% or higher in English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy

Skills:

  • Advanced computer literacy
  • Excellent communication skills

Additional Criteria:

  • Currently unemployed
  • Have not participated in a learnership programme before

Duties & Responsibilities

  1. Customer Service:
    • Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
    • Resolve customer queries and complaints through appropriate channels.
  2. Order Management:
    • Accurately capture customer orders as per call lists.
    • Notify customers of account issues and confirm orders promptly.
  3. Sales Support:
    • Promote and sell Clover and Principal products by highlighting features and special offers.
  4. Team Collaboration:
    • Assist team members to achieve shared objectives.
    • Participate in team meetings and support team initiatives.
