Key Details
- Number of Positions: 20
- Duration: Full-time attendance at Clover’s Call Centre in Constantia Park, including prescribed classroom sessions.
Minimum Requirements
Education:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF4 qualification
- Matric completed between 2020 and 2024
- Average of 60% or higher in English and Mathematics/Maths Literacy
Skills:
- Advanced computer literacy
- Excellent communication skills
Additional Criteria:
- Currently unemployed
- Have not participated in a learnership programme before

Duties & Responsibilities
- Customer Service:
- Handle inbound and outbound calls professionally.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints through appropriate channels.
- Order Management:
- Accurately capture customer orders as per call lists.
- Notify customers of account issues and confirm orders promptly.
- Sales Support:
- Promote and sell Clover and Principal products by highlighting features and special offers.
- Team Collaboration:
- Assist team members to achieve shared objectives.
- Participate in team meetings and support team initiatives.
