Requirements
- Qualifications: Grade 12 or equivalent.
- Languages: Proficiency in English and two or more indigenous languages (e.g., IsiZulu, IsiXhosa, SeSotho).
- Experience: Minimum of 3 months practical experience.
- License: Valid driver’s license.
Skills & Competencies:
- Computer literacy (MS Office).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal abilities.
- High accuracy and attention to detail.
Key Duties
- Interpret during criminal, civil, labor, and quasi-judicial proceedings.
- Facilitate consultations and translate legal documents.
- Record case details in the criminal record book.
- Retrieve case records as requested by magistrates or prosecutors.
- Maintain statistics and provide support for court processes.
