Requirements
Education & Training:
- NQF Level 4 or 5 / Senior Certificate / Grade 12 / Standard 10 or equivalent.
Experience:
- No prior experience required.
- Familiarity with Tier.net and WebDHIS is advantageous.
Recommendations:
- Unendorsed valid Code B driver’s license (Code 08).
- Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Key Competencies:
- Strong computer literacy, particularly in MS Word and Excel.
- Knowledge of administrative procedures, Public Service frameworks, and data management tools.
- Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Effective communication, report writing, and multitasking abilities.
Key Responsibilities
1. Data Capturing:
- Input accurate data into required systems (e.g., WebDHIS, Tier.Net).
- Organize and verify documents before and after data entry.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports.
2. Data Verification:
- Analyze and validate data integrity.
- Ensure completeness and accuracy in reporting.
3. User Support:
- Compile and distribute reports to managers.
- Provide technical support for data systems.
- Collect, retrieve, and guide stakeholders on data requirements.
4. Information Security:
- Maintain and secure records in accordance with system protocols.
- Perform regular data backups and ensure compliance with security policies.
