Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or N3 (NQF Level 4)
1-2 years’ experience in construction or civil engineering
Key Responsibilities:
Erect and dismantle shuttering & support work
Place, compact, and finish concrete
Cut, bend, and bind reinforcement
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
Skills & Competencies:
Strong work ethic & time management
Ability to use tools & equipment safely
Knowledge of OHSA & BCCEI Main Agreement
Team player with good communication skills
