Position Overview

We are currently recruiting 20 General Workers to support our operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for ensuring operational targets are met efficiently while maintaining high safety and housekeeping standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the Team Leader/Supervisor to achieve daily operational targets.
  • Conduct daily inspections within the designated work area.
  • Follow work instructions and complete tasks in alignment with operational requirements.
  • Assist in identifying and resolving operational challenges, reporting deviations to the Supervisor.
  • Adhere to company discipline procedures, policies, and safety regulations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment while promoting teamwork.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Grade 12/Matric.

Experience:

  • At least 2 years of experience in the mining or related industry is advantageous.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong communication skills.
  • Ability to read and write in English.
  • Self-discipline and a proactive work ethic.
  • Effective teamwork and leadership skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure.
