Role Purpose

Stock replenishment
Merchandising & housekeeping
Efficient processing of transactions at till points

Required Skills & Experience
Customer Service Excellence
Fluent in English (additional languages beneficial)
High energy & motivation
Strong communication skills
Tenacity & target-driven mindset
Previous retail experience (advantageous but not required)
Key Responsibilities
Customer Service
- Assist shoppers in finding products and addressing queries or complaints.
- Deliver a friendly and efficient shopping experience.
Cashier Duties
- Process cash and card payments, Lay-Bys, and customer refunds.
- Ensure till balancing and report discrepancies.
Merchandising & Housekeeping
- Ensure accurate pricing & product availability on the sales floor.
- Maintain store cleanliness and stay updated with promotions.
Risk & Security
- Tag products per company policy to prevent shrinkage.
- Monitor and report any suspicious activity or shoplifting.
- Participate in stock-taking activities.
