Position Details
- Job Title: Administration Clerk – Transversal Human Resource Services

- Salary: R216,417.00 per annum (Level 05)
Requirements:
- Grade 12 Certificate
- Certificate in Office Administration
- Experience in office administration (advantageous)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficiency in computer literacy
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain accurate records and manage the unit’s filing system
- Provide administrative support, including arranging meetings, taking minutes, and handling correspondence distribution
- Process financial and administrative documents
- Respond to daily inquiries and ensure necessary follow-ups
- Record and compile meeting minutes
- Coordinate logistical services for the unit
- Provide conflict resolution support
