Position:
Packer – Production ISBM
Main Purpose:
The primary responsibility of this role is to ensure the proper packing of finished goods according to set and required standards.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:
✔ Prepare the correct cages for packaging preforms.
✔ Fill preforms into the designated packaging.
✔ Reset soft drops as needed.
✔ Move completed pallets to the aisle using the pallet jerk trolley.
✔ Conduct inspections and quality checks to ensure preforms meet required standards.
✔ Maintain good housekeeping practices in line with GMP rules and procedures.
✔ Report any quality, safety, or operational concerns to the shift supervisor.
✔ Clean floors and equipment as required.
✔ Complete necessary documentation.
✔ Print product identification labels.
Qualifications and Experience Required:
Technical qualification and experience in plastic processing.
Basic knowledge in Toolmaking, Mechanical, or Electrical/Electronic fields.
Ability to operate forklifts and cranes.
Willingness and ability to work a flexible schedule.
Capable of lifting up to 30 kg occasionally.
Basic computer skills.
Adherence to high cleanliness standards for machines and work areas.
