Role Overview

As a Customer Service Consultant, you will be the first point of contact for customers at our Fitment Centre, providing professional assistance and ensuring smooth front-desk operations. Your key responsibilities will include handling sales and claims, managing stock orders, and maximizing service efficiency, all while adhering to company policies and standards.


Key Responsibilities

Customer Interaction & Sales

  • Assist customers with product inquiries and sales (in-person & telephonic).
  • Provide expert advice to ensure successful sales conversions.
  • Achieve sales targets and maintain high Net Promoter Scores (NPS).

Claims & Payment Processing

  • Process claims and payments accurately and efficiently.
  • Verify customer excess payments to prevent financial discrepancies.

Administrative & Operational Support

  • Ensure seamless stock control and order processes for efficient service delivery.
  • Utilize the scheduling system to optimize Fitment Centre productivity.
  • Adhere to all business processes and compliance standards.

Stock Management

  • Order stock according to work schedules and buy-out procedures to prevent service delays.
  • Maintain optimal stock levels to support uninterrupted operations.

Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with Fitment Centre staff, franchisees, and suppliers for smooth workflow.
  • Address and resolve customer inquiries with professionalism and efficiency.

Key Requirements

Education

  • Matric / Grade 12 qualification

Knowledge & Skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word)
  • Strong customer service and telephonic communication skills
  • Problem-solving abilities with a proactive approach
  • Excellent interpersonal and sales skills
