Job Responsibilities
- Provide a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized shopping experience.
- Drive sales and growth by motivating and inspiring team members to meet sales targets.
- Maintain high visual merchandising standards to create an engaging store environment.
- Keep the sales floor clean, neat, organized, and fully stocked.
- Manage stock levels, minimize losses, and prevent shrinkage effectively.
- Ensure all products are correctly priced with appropriate signage.
- Monitor stock take and cycle count variance reports, investigate discrepancies, and escalate any stock shortages to the Area Manager.
- Adhere to point-of-sale and banking procedures, reporting any concerns to the Area Manager.
- Ensure compliance with store standards, operational policies, and procedures.
- Effectively execute all operational activities within the store.
Job Requirements
- Matric (Grade 12) or equivalent qualification.
- Passion for cosmetics, retail, and customer service.
- Knowledge of beauty and skincare products.
- Strong customer service skills.
- Hands-on attitude with a strong work ethic.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet store operational needs.
- Basic proficiency in email and Excel.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods.
- Confidence in demonstrating and promoting products.
- Ability to create excitement in the store to engage both team members and customers.
