Job Overview
UD Trucks is a global leader in commercial automotive innovation. This role focuses on the administrative management of Connected Services and Service Agreements, ensuring smooth business operations.
This opportunity is available exclusively to unemployed youth registered on the YES4Youth platform.
Key Responsibilities
Upload agreements onto the internal system
Analyze database information
Compile reports on retention and dealer performance
Send retention reminders to customers
Assist dealers with Connected Activation and basic queries
Support customers with vehicle tracking and reporting
Help process E-Contract loading and service agreements
Provide administrative support for service agreements
Follow up on service agreement campaigns
Minimum Qualifications & Requirements
Education:
Matric (Business Administration qualification is advantageous)
Experience:
0 – 2 years of relevant experience
Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Strong attention to detail
Reliable and organized
