Job Descriptions & Responsibilities
Gift Wrapping Assistant
Provide high-quality gift-wrapping services while ensuring a seamless customer experience and maintaining an attractive wrapping station.
Key Responsibilities:
- Offer expert gift-wrapping services using various styles and materials.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing wrapping area.
- Assist customers in selecting suitable wrapping options.
- Ensure all wrapped gifts meet company presentation standards.
- Engage customers in a friendly and professional manner.
Requirements & Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF (preferred).
- Creativity and attention to detail in gift presentation.
- Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Till Operator
Process transactions efficiently while delivering excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and balance cash float at the beginning and end of shifts.
- Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Maintain a clean and organized till area.
- Adhere to company cash-handling procedures.
- Provide a friendly and welcoming checkout experience.
Requirements & Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF (preferred).
- Basic numerical and cash-handling skills.
- Previous experience as a cashier is advantageous.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Sales Assistant
Assist customers with product selection while maintaining an appealing store environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide guidance on products and promotions.
- Keep sales areas clean, organized, and well-stocked.
- Assist with visual merchandising and product placement.
- Handle customer inquiries with professionalism.
- Support the team in achieving sales targets.
Requirements & Skills:
- Grade 12 or equivalent NQF (preferred).
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Basic knowledge of product features and store offerings.
- Previous retail experience is a plus.
