Job Opportunity: Admin Assistant

About the Role
Cash Connect is looking for a reliable Admin Assistant to support our Validator Repair Centre in Boksburg. This role involves precise data capturing, maintaining accurate records, and providing general administrative support to ensure the department runs smoothly.
Key Responsibilities
- Accurately capture and maintain administrative records (repairs, registers, investigation forms)
- Create and manage job cards and delivery notes
- Keep data updated and easily accessible
- Manage invoicing and communicate key information internally
- Organize and file documents systematically
- Work independently and meet deadlines
Requirements
- Matric (or equivalent)
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Effective written and verbal communication
- Ability to multitask and follow procedures
- Physically fit and eager to learn
- Previous admin experience is an advantage, but not required
Working Hours
- Monday to Thursday: 07:30 – 16:00
- Friday: 07:30 – 14:00
- Overtime and weekend work may be required during peak periods
