Type: Learnership (12-month programme)

Location: Nationwide (within the listed provinces)

About the Learnership
This exciting learnership will train you to work both on the sales floor and at the service desk in a Truworths retail store. You’ll get hands-on experience assisting customers and managing stock, providing you with a well-rounded introduction to the retail industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Actively participate in training and assessments
- Assist with merchandising the store according to MBP principles
- Process transactions using the POS system
- Open new customer accounts
- Monitor and reduce stock losses
- Build strong customer relationships
- Ensure a safe and secure shopping environment

- Minimum Requirement: Grade 10
- A willingness to learn and grow
- Passion for fashion and retail
