Available Positions
1. Aftermarket Administrative Fellow
Department: Human Resources (BP64030)
Role Overview:
Join our aftermarket team to support essential administrative operations. This role is critical to ensuring smooth workflows across our commercial vehicle services and requires strong organizational skills and computer literacy.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate schedules with regional managers.
- Maintain accurate records, databases, and inventory systems.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and official correspondence.
- Deliver excellent customer and stakeholder service.
Requirements:
- Matric certificate.
- 0–2 years administrative experience (automotive preferred).
- Proficiency in English (written and spoken).
- Attention to detail, adaptability, and a team-oriented mindset.
2. HR and Training Administrator
Department: Human Resources (BP64030)
Role Overview:
Support the HR department by maintaining employee records, assisting with training coordination, onboarding, and ensuring HR compliance. This is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate human resources.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain employee records and internal HR databases.
- Liaise with external partners (e.g. insurance providers).
- Support the payroll team with employee data.
- Assist with HR events and training logistics.
Requirements:
- Diploma in Human Resources.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
3. Environmental Officer
Department: Human Resources (BP64030)
Role Overview:
Join our environmental team to support production processes and ensure compliance with environmental standards. You’ll help promote sustainable practices and contribute to green initiatives aligned with UD Trucks’ values.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct environmental audits and submit reports.
- Promote energy-saving and sustainable practices.
- Manage waste disposal and pollution prevention strategies.
- Collaborate on eco-friendly manufacturing processes.
- Deliver environmental training and awareness campaigns.
Requirements:
- Diploma or degree in Industrial, Environmental, or Quality Sciences.
- ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2015 certifications (advantageous).
- Familiarity with lean practices is preferred.
4. Parts Administrator
Department: Human Resources (BP64030)
Role Overview:
Support our commercial parts team with pricing, sales tracking, campaign planning, and dealer coordination. Ideal for candidates with a technical or financial background and an interest in the automotive sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain pricing structures and campaign planning.
- Track sales performance and lubricant metrics.
- Manage dealer communications and promotional efforts.
- Monitor parts availability and resolve backorders.
