Key Responsibilities
- Accurately scan and process purchases, including ClubCard rewards
- Promote and enroll customers in the Clicks ClubCard program
- Highlight in-store promotions to enhance customer satisfaction and boost sales
- Ensure safe cash-handling procedures
- Maintain merchandising and housekeeping standards
Required Knowledge & Skills
- Basic maths and numeracy
- Strong customer service orientation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Retail/FMCG experience preferred
- Understanding of stock and merchandising practices
- Computer literacy

Minimum Requirements
- Education: Grade 12 (Maths and English at 50% or higher preferred)
