The Department of Employment and Labour is inviting suitably qualified candidates to apply for Administrative Clerk and Administration Clerk positions. These posts are available across various provinces and are open to South African citizens with a Grade 12/Senior Certificate and relevant administrative skills.
Position 1: Administrative Clerk – Inspection and Enforcement Services (x10 Posts)

- Communication and planning
Duties:
- Provide administrative support to the Directorate
- Control document and file movement
- Assist with Supply Chain Management functions
- Support HR administration

Skills & Knowledge:
- Batho Pele Principles
- Treasury Regulations and departmental policies

- Planning and organisation
Duties:
- Perform daily Supply Chain Management functions
- Oversee finance and office administration
- Support HR activities including training and performance
- Maintain proper records
