Legal Practice Council (LPC): Filing Clerk (x2) – Free State

Location: Free State (Bloemfontein)
Reference No: FS03/2025
Salary: R215,800 per annum (CTC, all-inclusive)


Minimum Requirements:

  • Matric / Grade 12
  • Knowledge of the Legal Practice Act (No. 28 of 2014)

Main Responsibilities:

  • Receive and sort departmental correspondence
  • Maintain and organize departmental records accurately
  • Ensure documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable
  • Structure documents for efficient access
  • Record and track files designated for storage
  • Capture relevant data in the system
  • Make document copies for meetings and agendas
