Legal Practice Council (LPC): Filing Clerk (x2) – Free State
Location: Free State (Bloemfontein)
Reference No: FS03/2025
Salary: R215,800 per annum (CTC, all-inclusive)
Minimum Requirements:
- Matric / Grade 12
- Knowledge of the Legal Practice Act (No. 28 of 2014)

- Time management and multitasking ability
- Professional telephone etiquette
- Team player with high integrity
Main Responsibilities:
- Receive and sort departmental correspondence
- Maintain and organize departmental records accurately
- Ensure documents are correctly filed and easily retrievable
- Structure documents for efficient access
- Record and track files designated for storage
- Capture relevant data in the system
- Make document copies for meetings and agendas
