Programme Overview
Sasol, in cooperation with The Education Support Forum (TEDSF) and the Jobs Fund, invites South African youth to apply for the Bridge-To-Work Solar PV Training Programme — a four-week opportunity to gain practical skills in the solar photovoltaic (PV) value chain and join South Africa’s growing green energy sector.
This programme is tailored for individuals eager to acquire technical knowledge and hands-on experience in solar energy. Whether you’re seeking employment or looking to enhance your existing business, this training offers a pathway to a sustainable career.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a resident of Lekwa or Dipaleseng Municipality
- Must be available for the full 4-week training duration
- Open to job seekers or small business owners
- Minimum qualification:
- NCV Level 4 in Engineering Studies or
- N3 – N6 in Engineering Studies
