Position Details

- Duration: 24 months
Minimum Requirements
- Matric / Grade 12 Certificate
- National Diploma (NQF Level 6) in:
- Supply Chain Management
- Logistics / Purchasing Management
- Or a related field
- A Bachelor’s Degree (NQF Level 7) in the above-mentioned fields is an added advantage
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with contract management and regulatory compliance (PFMA, PPPFA, BBBEE, SCM regulations)
- Evaluate tenders (RFQ, RFP, RFB)
- Track contracts, invoices, and relevant documentation
- Resolve supply chain issues with internal and external stakeholders
- Ensure document management aligns with ISO standards
- Provide general administrative support
Skills & Attributes
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills
- Proactive and well-organized
- Knowledge of public sector SCM legislation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
