Position: General Worker
Location: Protec Park, Johannesburg

Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and adjust production machinery to maintain optimal output, ensuring efficient and consistent production processes.
- Monitor production specifications and calibrate equipment daily, maintaining precision and adherence to quality standards.
- Report deviations and breakdowns to ensure minimal downtime, contributing to the continuous flow of production.
- Assist with maintenance and cleanliness of machinery and workspaces, promoting a safe and efficient work environment.
- Pack and palletize products accurately according to required specifications, guaranteeing the safe and efficient handling of our goods.
- Label products correctly and ensure proper date coding, enabling traceability and compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Complete all relevant control documents accurately and on time, maintaining accurate records and ensuring compliance with company policies.
- Assist team members during breaks and provide support across production areas as needed, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
- Adhere to all health, safety, and housekeeping standards, maintaining a safe and secure working environment.
- Follow all instructions from supervisors and quality control personnel, ensuring compliance with established procedures and guidelines.
Requirements:
- Minimum Grade 12 (Matric)
- 1 year of practical, on-the-job experience in a manufacturing environment is a significant advantage, demonstrating your ability to quickly adapt to our production processes.
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced production setting, indicating your capacity to thrive in a dynamic and demanding environment.
- A proactive and responsible work ethic, highlighting your dedication to quality and commitment to meeting production goals.
